The Audit Committee provides recommendations to the BOD for the appointment and re- appointment of the external auditor, verify their independence, and ensure that they do not engage in any additional work that may affect their independence. The General Assembly of the shareholders has appointed Mr.Bader Adel Al-Abduljader, Al-Aiban, Al-Osaimi Partners-Ernst Young as the external auditor of the Company.
